How to Make Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  • 1Open both packages of frozen spinach and place in a microwavable dish. Add water in bottom of dish and microwave on high heat until defrosted. Place the spinach in a strainer and squeeze the water out of spinach.
  • 2Drain Artichokes and chop into bite size pieces. Add spinach and chopped artichoke in a large bowl. Soften the cream cheese in microwave if needed and add to bowl along with mayo, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic and alfredo sauce.
  • 3Stir ingredients well and add sea salt and black pepper to your taste. Pour mixture into a well greased baking dish. (I used a glass 8 x 8 dish) and put into preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes or until bubbly. Let cool slightly and eat with your favorites tortilla chips.
