Ingredients
- 2 packages chopped frozen spinach
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, canned
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 14 ounces alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
How To Make baked spinach and artichoke dip

Step 1Open both packages of frozen spinach and place in a microwavable dish. Add water in bottom of dish and microwave on high heat until defrosted. Place the spinach in a strainer and squeeze the water out of spinach.

Step 2Drain Artichokes and chop into bite size pieces. Add spinach and chopped artichoke in a large bowl. Soften the cream cheese in microwave if needed and add to bowl along with mayo, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic and alfredo sauce.

Step 3Stir ingredients well and add sea salt and black pepper to your taste. Pour mixture into a well greased baking dish. (I used a glass 8 x 8 dish) and put into preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes or until bubbly. Let cool slightly and eat with your favorites tortilla chips.
