There are so many recipes out there for this, but I make mine just a tad different. This is a very filling dip, so you may want to make this the star attraction with other appetizers around it. I say bleau cheese is optional because some people hate it, lol.

3 c
cooked chicken breast, shredded
8 oz pkgs cream cheese
3/4 c
frank's red hot sauce
1/2 c
shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 c
ranch dressing
1/4 c
crumbled bleau cheese, optional
1/8 tsp
old bay seasoning
3 Tbsp
shredded pepper jack cheese
1/3 c
green onions, chopped
bag thick tortilla chips

How to Make Baked buffalo chicken dip-my way!


  • 1Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine chicken, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bleau cheese, ( if using,) and old bay seasoning mix. Blend well.
  • 2In lg bowl, beat both cream cheeses and hot sauce until creamy. Spoon into chicken mix, and stir to mix well. Spoon into casserole dish. Sprinkle w/ remaining cheese. Bake until lightly browned, around 15-20 mins. Remove from oven and sprinkle w/ green onions.
  • 3Serve w/a big old bag of thick tortilla chips and plenty of napkins!
