3 ccooked chicken breast, shredded
28 oz pkgs cream cheese
3/4 cfrank's red hot sauce
1/2 cshredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 cranch dressing
1/4 ccrumbled bleau cheese, optional
1/8 tspold bay seasoning
3 Tbspshredded pepper jack cheese
1/3 cgreen onions, chopped
·bag thick tortilla chips
How to Make Baked buffalo chicken dip-my way!
- Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine chicken, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bleau cheese, ( if using,) and old bay seasoning mix. Blend well.
- In lg bowl, beat both cream cheeses and hot sauce until creamy. Spoon into chicken mix, and stir to mix well. Spoon into casserole dish. Sprinkle w/ remaining cheese. Bake until lightly browned, around 15-20 mins. Remove from oven and sprinkle w/ green onions.
- Serve w/a big old bag of thick tortilla chips and plenty of napkins!
