baked buffalo chicken dip-my way!
There are so many recipes out there for this, but I make mine just a tad different. This is a very filling dip, so you may want to make this the star attraction with other appetizers around it. I say bleau cheese is optional because some people hate it, lol.

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
- 3/4 cup frank's red hot sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup crumbled bleau cheese, optional
- 1/8 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 3 tablespoons shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
- - bag thick tortilla chips
How To Make baked buffalo chicken dip-my way!

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine chicken, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bleau cheese, ( if using,) and old bay seasoning mix. Blend well.

Step 2In lg bowl, beat both cream cheeses and hot sauce until creamy. Spoon into chicken mix, and stir to mix well. Spoon into casserole dish. Sprinkle w/ remaining cheese. Bake until lightly browned, around 15-20 mins. Remove from oven and sprinkle w/ green onions.

Step 3Serve w/a big old bag of thick tortilla chips and plenty of napkins!
