How to Make Bacon Cheeseball
- Cook bacon until crispy.
When cool, crumble into small pieces. I used the packaged bacon bit's
- While bacon is cooking. Using a eletric mixer, stir together, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parmesan cheese.
- Stir in the bacon and onion by hand. Enjoy.
Note: I take a bowl and line it with plastic wrap put the mixture in the bowl wrap it up. Chill several hours or overnight. When time to serve take it out of the bowl and put it on a plate and unwrap for a perfect shaped cheeseball.
