Ingredients

  • 2
    cooked pork sparerib, meat removed and finely chopped
  • 2
    carrots, grated
  • 2
    scallions,thinly sliced
  • 24
    wonton wrappers
  • 4
    14 oz cans chicken broth
  • 2 c
    broccoli florets

How to Make Wonton Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine sparerib meat, carrot, and scallions in med bowl. make your wontons with your own favorite filling placeing a tablespoon
    . of your filling in the center of each wrapper. Dampen edges with water, folden half to half point, and seal. pincn outside wrapper to seal.
  2. Heat chicken broth in a large saucepan over medium heat. When the broth has come to a simmer, add wontons and broccoli. cook for three minutes and serve hot.
