Ingredients
- 2 - cooked pork sparerib, meat removed and finely chopped
- 2 - carrots, grated
- 2 - scallions,thinly sliced
- 24 - wonton wrappers
- 4 - 14 oz cans chicken broth
- 2 cups broccoli florets
How To Make wonton soup

Step 1Combine sparerib meat, carrot, and scallions in med bowl. make your wontons with your own favorite filling placeing a tablespoon . of your filling in the center of each wrapper. Dampen edges with water, folden half to half point, and seal. pincn outside wrapper to seal.

Step 2Heat chicken broth in a large saucepan over medium heat. When the broth has come to a simmer, add wontons and broccoli. cook for three minutes and serve hot.
