I was having a Stampin' Up party and planned to serve a vegetable platter. I saw all the martini glasses I had in my cupboard and got inspired! It was fun. You can put grape tomatoes and olives on a skewer and do many variations.

Ingredients

  • 9 tablespoons marie's yogurt ranch dressing
  • 18 small broccoli florets
  • 30 slices crinkle and diagonally cut carrot
  • 12 slices yellow squash, cut in half
  • 6 slices cucumber, knotched half way to center

How To Make vegetini vegetable dippers

  • Step 1
    Fill each martini glass with 1 1/2 Tbsp dressing in bottom of glass.
  • Step 2
    Per glass, alternate placing 5 carrot slices and 4-half squash slices around side.
  • Step 3
    Per glass, place two broccoli florets on side and one in middle.
  • Step 4
    Garnish with one cucumber slice on edge of glass.
  • Step 5
    Have fun!
