vegetini vegetable dippers
I was having a Stampin' Up party and planned to serve a vegetable platter. I saw all the martini glasses I had in my cupboard and got inspired! It was fun. You can put grape tomatoes and olives on a skewer and do many variations.

Ingredients
- 9 tablespoons marie's yogurt ranch dressing
- 18 small broccoli florets
- 30 slices crinkle and diagonally cut carrot
- 12 slices yellow squash, cut in half
- 6 slices cucumber, knotched half way to center
How To Make vegetini vegetable dippers

Step 1Fill each martini glass with 1 1/2 Tbsp dressing in bottom of glass.

Step 2Per glass, alternate placing 5 carrot slices and 4-half squash slices around side.

Step 3Per glass, place two broccoli florets on side and one in middle.

Step 4Garnish with one cucumber slice on edge of glass.
