I was having a Stampin' Up party and planned to serve a vegetable platter. I saw all the martini glasses I had in my cupboard and got inspired! It was fun. You can put grape tomatoes and olives on a skewer and do many variations.

Ingredients

  • 9 Tbsp
    marie's yogurt ranch dressing
  • 18 small
    broccoli florets
  • 30 slice
    crinkle and diagonally cut carrot
  • 12 slice
    yellow squash, cut in half
  • 6 slice
    cucumber, knotched half way to center

How to Make Vegetini Vegetable Dippers

Step-by-Step

  1. Fill each martini glass with 1 1/2 Tbsp dressing in bottom of glass.
  2. Per glass, alternate placing 5 carrot slices and 4-half squash slices around side.
  3. Per glass, place two broccoli florets on side and one in middle.
  4. Garnish with one cucumber slice on edge of glass.
  5. Have fun!
