makes about 30 egg rolls

1 lb
ground turkey
2-3 Tbsp
olive oil
3-5 Tbsp
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
minced garlic
1-3 dash(es)
head of cabbage, cut or shredded
5-6 stalk(s)
carrots, cut into thin sticks or grated
2 pkg
egg roll wrappers
olive oil for frying

How to Make Turkey Egg Rolls


  • 1In deep skillet, heat olive oil, then brown ground turkey, season with pepper and garlic, stirring occasionally.
  • 2While waiting, chop cabbage into manageable pieces, shreds or bite-sized pieces work well.
  • 3When turkey has browned, no need to drain, add carrots and cabbage and stir.
  • 4Add soy sauce and continue to cook, stirring frequently until cabbage and carrots are desired consistency
  • 5Place a dollop of filling in the center of each wrapper and roll according to package directions, using water to seal.
  • 6After all are completed, heat about 1/4"-1/2" of olive oil in fry pan, and fry until wrapper is browned, turning as needed. Drain well on paper towels. Enjoy!
