Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3-5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1-3 dash pepper
- 1 - head of cabbage, cut or shredded
- 5-6 stalks carrots, cut into thin sticks or grated
- 2 packages egg roll wrappers
- - olive oil for frying
How To Make turkey egg rolls

Step 1In deep skillet, heat olive oil, then brown ground turkey, season with pepper and garlic, stirring occasionally.

Step 2While waiting, chop cabbage into manageable pieces, shreds or bite-sized pieces work well.

Step 3When turkey has browned, no need to drain, add carrots and cabbage and stir.

Step 4Add soy sauce and continue to cook, stirring frequently until cabbage and carrots are desired consistency

Step 5Place a dollop of filling in the center of each wrapper and roll according to package directions, using water to seal.

Step 6After all are completed, heat about 1/4"-1/2" of olive oil in fry pan, and fry until wrapper is browned, turning as needed. Drain well on paper towels. Enjoy!
