Ingredients

  • 2 cans black-eyed peas
  • 2 cans shoepeg corn or mexicorn
  • 2 cans black beans, canned
  • 2 cans rotel
  • 1 bottle small bottle zesty italian salad dressing
  • 1 - red onion-chopped
  • 1 package hidden valley ranch dry packet

How To Make texas caviar

  • Step 1
    Drain liquid from peas, beans & corn. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate over night or 2 full days. You may need to use 2 packets of Ranch, according to your taste.
