Ingredients
- 7 slices - smokey bacon, cut into small pieces
- 12 lrg - fresh mushrooms
- 3 ounces - cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup - shredded swiss cheese
- 1 tsp - garlic powder
How To Make smokey bacon stuffed mushrooms

Step 1In a big skillet, cook smoked bacon till almost crispy. Drain fat on paper towrls, set aside.

Step 2Clean your mushrooms and remove the stems, discard stems, put tops aside.

Step 3In a bowl, stir together cream cheese snd swiss cheese. Stir in the bacon and add garlic powder. Spoon mixture into the mushroom tops and place them on a lrg baking sheet butter coatedwith butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min or until the mushrooms are tender . Cool slightly and serve
