By the early 80's, and still maintaining our unique social circle, all of us had picked ourselves up, found meaningful work and moved out of the safety of the Hogbarn. We no longer prepared our one large dish for sharing, and started making entire meals with smaller proportions. I found myself often calling and asking "How did you make your .... ? This is my "tweaked" version of Debbie's salsa.

Ingredients For simply salsa

2 cdiced tomatoes (both red and yellow)

2 clovegarlic, finely minced

2 mdjalapeños (seeded and ribs removed and diced) or pepper of your choice

1/4 cblack olives (finely chopped)

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspred pepper flakes

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
How To Make simply salsa

1Combine all ingredients and let them marry at room temperature. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
