- 1 kilogram mild red peppers
- 150 milliliters oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons parsley
How To Make salad of baked mild pepper

Step 1Choose big,fine, fresh,red peppers and bake them on a iron plate,settled on the gas cooker flame.

Step 2Baked peppers are strew with salt ,and,covered on a bowl,for some minutes.

Step 3After that,you peel them in cold water,lay them on a salad bowl,put a little salt,pour some oil, vinegar and srinkled with some fresh copped parsley.

Step 4If you want ,make this salad with baked pepper strips.
