Hummus is one of the foods I have been turned on to in the past few years. How did I not know about this sooner??

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup roasted red peppers in the jar
  • 1 can 15 oz. garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tanini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

How To Make roasted red pepper hummus

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in blender or food processer. Blend until desired consistency.
  • Step 2
    Serve with Pitas, pita chips or fresh veggies.
