Ingredients
- 3 - medium beets (roasted and peeled)
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 - garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- - salt
How To Make roasted beet hummus

Step 1Wrap beets in foil and roast them at 425 degrees F. for one hour or until soft.

Step 2Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. You may need to add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
