Quinoa pizza balls
How to Make Quinoa pizza balls
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a sheet for baking the balls.
- Mash pinto beans well. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix till smooth.
Roll into balls. Make an indent in the middle of each ball and wrap the "dough" around a small chunk of mozzarella cheese.
- Place on greased pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until slightly crispy.
