- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup pinto beans
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- - small chunks of mozzarella cheese
How To Make quinoa pizza balls

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a sheet for baking the balls.

Step 2Mash pinto beans well. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix till smooth. Roll into balls. Make an indent in the middle of each ball and wrap the "dough" around a small chunk of mozzarella cheese.

Step 3Place on greased pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until slightly crispy.
