I love this filling!!! It is cute in these cherry tomatoes, but, celery, crackers, and yes I've warned you, your finger all make great vessels to get this spread to your mouth. It's so easy, it will be a staple in your entertaining arsenal!!! This is a great one for your kids to help too. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen sweet peas
- 1 package cream cheese,low fat or fat free room temperature
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 cup nuts of choice
- 2 packages fresh cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
How To Make pesto pea mousse stuffed cherry tomatoes

Step 1Take Peas out of the freezer, set aside.

Step 2Clean and cut the top off each of the cherry tomatoes. Scoop a tad out of each. Set in dish, standing up

Step 3In a food processor, put all your ingredients, except the tomatoes. Pulse till smooth

Step 4Place the processed mix into a plastic bag. Squeeze to one end, snip the corner off of the bag, making a piping bag out of it.

Step 5Squeeze the desired amount into the top of each tomato.

Step 6This mix also make a great topping on crackers for a party. It's easy and beautiful. Top with roasted red peppers , olives, jalapenos.
