Mom’s Tasty Guacamole
3 largeripe avocados, pitted and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 smallred onion, minced
1/4 cfresh cilantro
1 Tbspfresh lime juice
1 smalljalapeño chile, stemmed, seeded and minced
2 clovegarlic, minced
1/2 tspground cumin
How to Make Mom’s Tasty Guacamole
- Mash 2 of the avocados to a relatively smooth puree using a fork in a medium bowl.
- Fold the cubed avocado and the remaining ingredients into the mashed avocado.
- The guacamole can be refrigerated, in an airtight container with plastic wrap touching the entire surface of the guacamole, for up to 24 hours.
