Ingredients
- 3 large ripe avocados, pitted and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 small jalapeño chile, stemmed, seeded and minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make mom’s tasty guacamole

Step 1Mash 2 of the avocados to a relatively smooth puree using a fork in a medium bowl.

Step 2Fold the cubed avocado and the remaining ingredients into the mashed avocado.

Step 3The guacamole can be refrigerated, in an airtight container with plastic wrap touching the entire surface of the guacamole, for up to 24 hours.
