herb crusted steak potatoes
My family loves potatoes, and thank heavens there are so many ways to make a potato. so I started making my own fries after reading some of the ways companies make their tots! (Not good either) I hope my finger licking fries are a big hit at your house as they are at mine! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 4-5 large potatoes or 6-7 small-medium
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 3-4 tablespoons fresh dill
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
- 2-3 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/3 cup monterey jack cheese (grated ) (optional)
How To Make herb crusted steak potatoes

Step 1Pre heat oven to 475*

Step 2Wash and slice potatoes and place on a cookie sheet .

Step 3in a bowl, mix all herbs and seasonings in a bowl, set aside.

Step 4drizzle oil all over the fries , give it a good toss with your fingers to coat all the sides of the fries. Sprinkle herbal mix all over the fries and give it another toss.

Step 5place in the oven for 15-20 mins, then crank up the heat to broil til golden brown, if adding cheese, add just before the broil!! Best served with Ranch!! Enjoy!!
