Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    can stewed tomatoes, drained and mashed
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1 c
    sliced green onions with tops
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 c
    coarsely chopped pickled hot jalapeno pepper rings
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cumin

How to Make Green Onion Salsa

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Drain well before serving. Serve with corn chips.
    Yield: about 2 1/4 cups
