- 12 large jalapenos
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 5 slices bacon
How To Make four ingredient jalapeno poppers

Step 1Fry bacon. Crumble into bits. Wash and rinse jalapenos peppers. Remove seeds. Shred cheese. Mash cream cheese and jack cheese in a small bowl with fork. Add bacon bits and stir to mix well. Stuff each jalapeno with a mound of cheese bacon mixture. Place peppers on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until browned on top. Makes 12 servings.
