  • 12 large jalapenos
  • 12 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 5 slices bacon

How To Make four ingredient jalapeno poppers

  • Step 1
    Fry bacon. Crumble into bits. Wash and rinse jalapenos peppers. Remove seeds. Shred cheese. Mash cream cheese and jack cheese in a small bowl with fork. Add bacon bits and stir to mix well. Stuff each jalapeno with a mound of cheese bacon mixture. Place peppers on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until browned on top. Makes 12 servings.
