cucumber tea sandwiches
These make a really cute hors d'oeuvre and the cream cheese really gives it something extra! I like to use the dark pumpernickel bread with these, but you can use whatever type of bread is available.

Ingredients
- 1 - cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 24 slices cocktail rye
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- - salt to taste
- - dried dill for garnish
How To Make cucumber tea sandwiches

Step 1beat cream cheese with an electric mixer. Add in mayonnaise, garlic and onion powder, and salt and beat until well blended.

Step 2Spread cream cheese mixture generously on cocktail rye. Place a cucumber on each slice.

Step 3Sprinkle each tea sandwich with dill. Serve.
