Donna's Cucumber Dip

Donna Graffagnino

This is such a light and refreshing dip - make sure to make a double batch because it goes fast. I like this with white corn chips.

  • 3 Tbsp
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice

    salt to taste
  • 1

How to Make Donna's Cucumber Dip

  1. Peel, quarter and remove seeds from cucumber. Use a fine grater and grate the cucumbers.
  2. Drain all water from cucumbers, make sure no moisture is left. I put the grated cucumbers in several layers of paper towels and squeeze the liquid out.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  4. Garnish with fresh dill leaf.

Serve with pita or white corn chips.
