I got this from food.com. This isn't a weight watcher recipe. However, I always like putting the weight watcher points for me,regardless of how high they are. Weight Watcher Points: 2 (1 pickle)

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

oil (for frying)
10
pickles (whole or spears)
1/2 c
flour
1
egg
1 Tbsp
water
1 c
breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp
seasoning blend (miss dash or similar product)

How to Make Crispy Fried Pickles

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oil.
  • 2Remove any excess liquid from pickles by blotting on paper towel.
  • 3Place flour in a plastic ziplock bag and add pickles, shake well to coat.
  • 4Beat Egg and 1 Tbsp of water together in a bowl.
  • 5Combine Bread Crumbs and Seasoning in a second ziplock bag.
  • 6Take 1 floured pickle and dip into egg mixture. Shake lightly to remove excess egg and place in Bread Crumbs. Shake Bag.
  • 7Repeat for all pickles.
  • 8Fry until golden brown.
  • 9Serve with Ranch Dip.
