I got this from food.com. This isn't a weight watcher recipe. However, I always like putting the weight watcher points for me,regardless of how high they are. Weight Watcher Points: 2 (1 pickle)

Ingredients

  • ·
    oil (for frying)
  • 10
    pickles (whole or spears)
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 c
    breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    seasoning blend (miss dash or similar product)

How to Make Crispy Fried Pickles

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oil.
  2. Remove any excess liquid from pickles by blotting on paper towel.
  3. Place flour in a plastic ziplock bag and add pickles, shake well to coat.
  4. Beat Egg and 1 Tbsp of water together in a bowl.
  5. Combine Bread Crumbs and Seasoning in a second ziplock bag.
  6. Take 1 floured pickle and dip into egg mixture. Shake lightly to remove excess egg and place in Bread Crumbs. Shake Bag.
  7. Repeat for all pickles.
  8. Fry until golden brown.
  9. Serve with Ranch Dip.
