I got this from food.com. This isn't a weight watcher recipe. However, I always like putting the weight watcher points for me,regardless of how high they are. Weight Watcher Points: 2 (1 pickle)

Ingredients

  • - oil (for frying)
  • 10 - pickles (whole or spears)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning blend (miss dash or similar product)

How To Make crispy fried pickles

  • Step 1
    Heat oil.
  • Step 2
    Remove any excess liquid from pickles by blotting on paper towel.
  • Step 3
    Place flour in a plastic ziplock bag and add pickles, shake well to coat.
  • Step 4
    Beat Egg and 1 Tbsp of water together in a bowl.
  • Step 5
    Combine Bread Crumbs and Seasoning in a second ziplock bag.
  • Step 6
    Take 1 floured pickle and dip into egg mixture. Shake lightly to remove excess egg and place in Bread Crumbs. Shake Bag.
  • Step 7
    Repeat for all pickles.
  • Step 8
    Fry until golden brown.
  • Step 9
    Serve with Ranch Dip.
