fresh broccoli
6 oz
cream cheese, softened
2/3 c
low-fat greek yogurt
1/4 c
apple cider vinegar
2 tsp
1/4 tsp
kosher salt
4 slice
bacon, thick slices (cooked and chopped)
1/2 c
cashews, coarsely chopped
1/2 c
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 c
red onion, minced

How to Make Broccoli Salad Dip


  • 1Remove and discard large leaves and tough ends of stalks from broccoli. Peel and coarsely chop stems. Coarsely chop florets.
  • 2Process cream cheese and next 4 ingredients (yogurt through salt) in a food processor until smooth. Add broccoli; pulse 12-15 times or until finely chopped.
  • 3Fold in bacon and remaining ingredients into cream cheese mixture. Serve immediately or chill up to 3 days.
