FOR THE DRESSING

1 c
sugar
3/4 c
apple cider vinegar
1/2 c
canola oil
1 tsp
water
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper

How to Make Bean Salsa

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all the dressing ingredients in a sauce pan and boil until clear.
  • 2Let the dressing cool a bit and pour over the bean mixture. Let sit overnight.
  • 3Serve with Tostito Scoops
