Ingredients
- 1 can pinto beans, drained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can black eyed peas, drained
- 1 package small package frozen corn
- 1 jar 2 oz. jar sliced pimientos with juice
- 1 - medium red onion, diced
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- FOR THE DRESSING
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make bean salsa

Step 1Combine all the dressing ingredients in a sauce pan and boil until clear.

Step 2Let the dressing cool a bit and pour over the bean mixture. Let sit overnight.

Step 3Serve with Tostito Scoops
