Ingredients
- 2 medium red onions
- 1 large potato
- 4-5 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 package sliced mushrooms
- 1 small head of cauliflower
- SEASONINGS:
- Dashes - dried oregano
- Dashes - minced garlic
- Dashes - red paprika
- Dash - cayenne pepper
- Dashes - cajun seasoning salt
How To Make baked vegetables w/ cheesy mushrooms

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2Peel potatoes, and onions.

Step 3Rinse mushrooms thoroughly.

Step 4cut potato into cubes, place onto Ungreased baking pan.

Step 5cube onions and set aside with mushrooms. these are added midway thru baking process.

Step 6rinse and cut segments of cauliflower into large flowerets. Add to pan with potatoes.

Step 7pile potatoes & cauliflower. Drizzle Olive oil, then sprinkle seasonings liberally.

Step 8lift & toss with spatula coating well. Then place into hot oven. bake 25 minutes.

Step 9Add onions & mushrooms. bake 20 minutes.

Step 10Toss with spatula adding cheese on top of mushrooms return to garnish baking 10-15 minutes. Serve Hot!
