Baked Kale

This is one of my favorite snacks, and only 50 calories per 3.5 oz!

  • 1 bunch
  • 1-2 tsp
    olive oil spray (est.)
  • 1-2 tsp
    seasoning salt

How To Make

    Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Line a non insulated cookie sheet (or pizza pan) with parchment paper.

    With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from their thick stems and wash thoroughly. Dry the kale leaves with a salad spinner and tear into bite sized pieces. Arrange these pieces as one layer onto the parchment paper, then spray the kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.

    Bake until the edges are browned but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
