How to Make Baked Kale
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Line a non insulated cookie sheet (or pizza pan) with parchment paper.
- With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from their thick stems and wash thoroughly. Dry the kale leaves with a salad spinner and tear into bite sized pieces. Arrange these pieces as one layer onto the parchment paper, then spray the kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
- Bake until the edges are browned but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
