Ingredients
- 2 - naan bread or flatbread, cut in half
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, shaved
- 1 bunch asparagus, cut into 2" pieces with ends discarded
- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mini mozzarella, halved
- - olive oil
- 4 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make asparagus caprese flatbread

Step 1Preheat oven to 400º F.

Step 2Place bread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Step 3Sprinkle with garlic, Parmesan cheese, asparagus and half the tomatoes.

Step 4Bake until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 12-15 minutes.

Step 5Remove from oven and immediately top with remaining tomatoes, mozzarella halves and a drizzle of olive oil.
