naan bread or flatbread, cut in half
2 clove
garlic, finely chopped
1 c
parmesan cheese, shaved
1 bunch
asparagus, cut into 2" pieces with ends discarded
1 1/2 c
grape tomatoes, halved
1 c
mini mozzarella, halved
olive oil
4 Tbsp
fresh basil, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Asparagus Caprese Flatbread


  • 1Preheat oven to 400º F.
  • 2Place bread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • 3Sprinkle with garlic, Parmesan cheese, asparagus and half the tomatoes.
  • 4Bake until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 12-15 minutes.
  • 5Remove from oven and immediately top with remaining tomatoes, mozzarella halves and a drizzle of olive oil.
