Ingredients

  • 2 - naan bread or flatbread, cut in half
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 1 bunch asparagus, cut into 2" pieces with ends discarded
  • 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mini mozzarella, halved
  • - olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make asparagus caprese flatbread

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400º F.
  • Step 2
    Place bread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with garlic, Parmesan cheese, asparagus and half the tomatoes.
  • Step 4
    Bake until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 12-15 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Remove from oven and immediately top with remaining tomatoes, mozzarella halves and a drizzle of olive oil.
