This is a combination Antipasto. Granny was from Naples and Grandpa from Palermo. No holiday is complete at my home unless there is Granny's Antipasto

sweet mixed pickles
1 jar(s)
sweet baby gherkins
1/2 jar(s)
sweet cherry peppers
1 jar(s)
mild banana pepper rings
1 jar(s)
spanish olives
1 can(s)
medium size black olives
1 can(s)
anchovies in oil
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
olive oil

How to Make Antipasto Zuccaro Style


  • 1Drain and combine all pickles, peppers and olives in a large bowl
  • 2Pour anchovy oil over pickles
  • 3Sprinkle garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste
  • 4Toss to combine
  • 5Place in a decorative bowl and decorate with the anchovies fillets
  • 6Cover with Plastic Wrap and Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld
