This is a combination Antipasto. Granny was from Naples and Grandpa from Palermo. No holiday is complete at my home unless there is Granny's Antipasto

Ingredients

  • 1 jar(s)
    sweet mixed pickles
  • 1 jar(s)
    sweet baby gherkins
  • 1/2 jar(s)
    sweet cherry peppers
  • 1 jar(s)
    mild banana pepper rings
  • 1 jar(s)
    spanish olives
  • 1 can(s)
    medium size black olives
  • 1 can(s)
    anchovies in oil
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil

How to Make Antipasto Zuccaro Style

Step-by-Step

  1. Drain and combine all pickles, peppers and olives in a large bowl
  2. Pour anchovy oil over pickles
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste
  4. Toss to combine
  5. Place in a decorative bowl and decorate with the anchovies fillets
  6. Cover with Plastic Wrap and Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld
