This is a combination Antipasto. Granny was from Naples and Grandpa from Palermo. No holiday is complete at my home unless there is Granny's Antipasto

Ingredients
- 1 jar sweet mixed pickles
- 1 jar sweet baby gherkins
- 1/2 jar sweet cherry peppers
- 1 jar mild banana pepper rings
- 1 jar spanish olives
- 1 can medium size black olives
- 1 can anchovies in oil
- - salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make antipasto zuccaro style

Step 1Drain and combine all pickles, peppers and olives in a large bowl

Step 2Pour anchovy oil over pickles

Step 3Sprinkle garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste

Step 4Toss to combine

Step 5Place in a decorative bowl and decorate with the anchovies fillets

Step 6Cover with Plastic Wrap and Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld
