Ingredients
- 4 large salmon
- 12 large scallops
- 12 ounces spinach
- 8 ounces craisin
- 1 large orange bell pepper
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 small lemon juice
- 3 ounces feta cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 12 ounces mango salsa
- 5 tablespoons feiny's rubs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 tablespoons garbanzo beans, dry
How To Make summer salmon & scallops w/mango salsa and spinach

Step 1Rub Salmon and Scallops and pour oil in pan and sauté until top is crispy… put cedar plan on stove and turn on until it sets fire…once it sets add salmon and let cook put on metal pan and into th even. 350 for 10-15 minutes or until flakes.

Step 2add oil to hot pan and add garbanzo beans, peppers, spinach and lemon juice and crasins…..add white wen and sauté. set aside

Step 3Layer spinach mixture on plate and add feta then scallops add mango salsa to top of salmon.. ENJOY>
