How To Make stuffed portobello mushrooms
-
Step 1You need about 10 to 12 mushrooms, wash them throughly, remove the stems and put a side, clean out the inside of each mushroom, once that is done then you mix all of you ingredients in a bowl
-
Step 2Take you stems that you put to the side and chop them up really good. Add them to your ingredients in the bowl mix well, stuff each mushroom with the filling. When that is all finished, lightly spray your baking pan, and place mushrooms on pan. Bake these mushrooms at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 mins
-
Step 3If you decide to put them on the grill either grill them on the highest rack you have or put them in a pan and grill them for about the same time give or take 5 or so mins. When finished enjoy them with some ranch, blue cheese, or some cocktail sauce.
