Ingredients
- 1 pound tilapia fillets
- 10 - limes
- 3 - plum tomatoes, seeded
- 1 - cucumber, seeded
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 - jalapeno, seeded
- - salt/pepper
- 1 bunch cilantro
How To Make monika's ceviche

Step 1Cut the tilapia into small pieces and place in a glass dish.

Step 2cut and juice the limes and pour on top.

Step 3seed the tomatoes, cucumbers & jalapenos, then dice into small pieces, add to the tilapia.

Step 4dice the red onion and cut the cilantro into small pieces and add in.

Step 5add salt and pepper

Step 6let sit at least 1 hour...or as long as over night
