red onion, diced
jalapeno, seeded

How to Make Monika's Ceviche


  • 1Cut the tilapia into small pieces and place in a glass dish.
  • 2cut and juice the limes and pour on top.
  • 3seed the tomatoes, cucumbers & jalapenos, then dice into small pieces, add to the tilapia.
  • 4dice the red onion and cut the cilantro into small pieces and add in.
  • 5add salt and pepper
  • 6let sit at least 1 hour...or as long as over night
