How to Make Maple-bacon wrapped scallops
- Cut scallops into 20 equal pieces. Cut bacon slices crosswise. In lg skillet over med-high heat, cook bacon until browned but not crisp.
- Heat oven to 425. Wrap each scallop piece w/ a slice of bacon. Secure w/ a toothpick. Season w/ salt and pepper.
- Place scallops on a shallow baking dish. Brush each scallop w/ some maple syrup. Bake about 10 mins, turning once.
