How to Make ~ Easy Tuna Cracker Spread ~

  1. In a medium sized bowl, blend all together, well. Place in refrigerator to chill, for a few hours.

Note: (Minced red pepper is very good in this spread, for a more festive look.)
  2. This won't be a real stiff spread. What I do is lay out a piece of waxed paper and sprinkle some parsley where I'm going to be placing the spread.

I scoop the spread out onto the waxed paper and use my hands to shape it. Sprinkling with parsley first makes it so easy. Once shaped as you desire, I then cut the excess waxed paper away, as close to the edges of the spread as possible.

Place on serving plate and surround with your favorite crackers or party bread.
  3. Tasty!
