Ingredients

  • 2 small or 1 large can, well drained albacore tuna
  • 1 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softned - i soften, by placing in bowl and microwave 30 seconds or can leave soften on its own
  • 1 small onion, diced small
  • 2 teaspoons chili sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon accent seasoning ~ optional
  • dried - parsley

How To Make ~ easy tuna cracker spread ~

  • Step 1
In a medium sized bowl, blend all together, well. Place in refrigerator to chill, for a few hours. Note: (Minced red pepper is very good in this spread, for a more festive look.)
  • Step 2
This won't be a real stiff spread. What I do is lay out a piece of waxed paper and sprinkle some parsley where I'm going to be placing the spread. I scoop the spread out onto the waxed paper and use my hands to shape it. Sprinkling with parsley first makes it so easy. Once shaped as you desire, I then cut the excess waxed paper away, as close to the edges of the spread as possible. Place on serving plate and surround with your favorite crackers or party bread.
  • Step 3
    Tasty!
