How To Make ~ easy tuna cracker spread ~
-
Step 1In a medium sized bowl, blend all together, well. Place in refrigerator to chill, for a few hours. Note: (Minced red pepper is very good in this spread, for a more festive look.)
-
Step 2This won't be a real stiff spread. What I do is lay out a piece of waxed paper and sprinkle some parsley where I'm going to be placing the spread. I scoop the spread out onto the waxed paper and use my hands to shape it. Sprinkling with parsley first makes it so easy. Once shaped as you desire, I then cut the excess waxed paper away, as close to the edges of the spread as possible. Place on serving plate and surround with your favorite crackers or party bread.
