The citrus really brings a great flavor to the shrimp. Serve as an appetizer, or over rice.

orange juice
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
orange zest
1 tsp
minced garlic
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
chopped frewsh basil
1 lb
jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined

How to Make Easy broiled citrus shrimp kebabs


  • 1Soak wooden skewers in a bowl of water for 30 mins. In bowl, mix together all ingredients except shrimp.
  • 2Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let sit for 15 mins. Heat broiler. Skewer shrimp, discard remaining marinade. Place shrimp on a broiler pan and broil 6 mins, turning once 1/2 way though.
