The citrus really brings a great flavor to the shrimp. Serve as an appetizer, or over rice.

  • 2 Tbsp
    orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    orange zest
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped frewsh basil
  • 1 lb
    jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined

How to Make Easy broiled citrus shrimp kebabs


  1. Soak wooden skewers in a bowl of water for 30 mins. In bowl, mix together all ingredients except shrimp.
  2. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let sit for 15 mins. Heat broiler. Skewer shrimp, discard remaining marinade. Place shrimp on a broiler pan and broil 6 mins, turning once 1/2 way though.
