- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped frewsh basil
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined
How To Make easy broiled citrus shrimp kebabs

Step 1Soak wooden skewers in a bowl of water for 30 mins. In bowl, mix together all ingredients except shrimp.

Step 2Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let sit for 15 mins. Heat broiler. Skewer shrimp, discard remaining marinade. Place shrimp on a broiler pan and broil 6 mins, turning once 1/2 way though.
