Ingredients
- 40 - button mushroom caps
- 1/3 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 - green onion, diced
- 1 - 6 oz can crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 1 - 7 oz can baby shrimp, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup italian-style bread crumbs
How To Make creamy seafood stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Heat oven to 400. In saucepan, over low heat, whisk together flour, cream cheese, milk, garlic, nutmeg and pepper. Whisk until cream cheese is mostly smooth.

Step 2Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, and green onion. remove from heat, fold in crab and shrimp. Let cool.

Step 3Stuff caps w/ filling. Place caps on a baking sheet, sprinkle w/ cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Bake 15 mins.
