Ingredients
- 2 - 6 oz cans crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 8 ounces reduecd-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 2 - scallions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
- 1 - 12 oz pkg refrigerated wonton wrappers.
- - marinara sauce for dipping
How To Make creamy crab wontons

Step 1In bowl, combine all ingredients, except wonton wrappers. Place wrappers on a flat surface. Spoon 1 tsp of crab mix in center of each wrapper.

Step 2Moisten edges of wrappers w/ a little water. Fold corner of wrapper over filling, forming a triangle. Seal edges w/ fingers.

Step 3Fill a pot w/ water 3/4 full. Bring to a boil. Place 12 wrappers in water, boil 6 mins. Remove w/ slotted spoon onto a platter. Continue w/ any remaining wrappers and filling. Serve w/ marinara sauce.
