crab meat stuffed portobello mushrooms

I'm a semi-home made cook so I use stove top for this but it is so good.I use to sell it in my resterant for a appetizer. And I had people order a salad with it and make a lite lunch out of it.

Ingredients For crab meat stuffed portobello mushrooms

    portobello mushroom
  • 6 slice
    swiss cheese
  • 1 box
    stove top stuffing
  • 2 can
    2 12 oz cans crab claw meat
  • 1 box
    chicken broth, low salt

How To Make crab meat stuffed portobello mushrooms

    Remove stem and gills from mushrooms, wipe with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt. Set aside

    Mix stuffing mix according to directions on box. Fold in all of the crab meat. Use chicken stock instead if water.

    Fill each mushroom with stuffing. Mound it up. Put mushrooms in a baking dish, pour some chicken stock in the bottom of the pan do not go above mushrooms.bake at 350 till mushrooms are tender about 25 to 35 min. Then put cheese on top and broil till cheese is melted and bubbly.
