Crab meat stuffed portobello mushrooms
6 sliceswiss cheese
1 boxstove top stuffing
2 can(s)2 12 oz cans crab claw meat
1 boxchicken broth, low salt
How to Make Crab meat stuffed portobello mushrooms
- Remove stem and gills from mushrooms, wipe with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt. Set aside
- Mix stuffing mix according to directions on box. Fold in all of the crab meat. Use chicken stock instead if water.
- Fill each mushroom with stuffing. Mound it up. Put mushrooms in a baking dish, pour some chicken stock in the bottom of the pan do not go above mushrooms.bake at 350 till mushrooms are tender about 25 to 35 min. Then put cheese on top and broil till cheese is melted and bubbly.
