Ingredients For ceviche

  • 8 oz
    white fish
  • 8 oz
    scallops
  • 1 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    tomato juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 c
    chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano
  • 1/2 c
    diced tomato
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How To Make ceviche

  • 1
    Cut seafood into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2
    Mix seafood with lemon juice and marinate for several hours.
  • 3
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • 4
    Drain seafood reserving lemon juice.
  • 5
    Add seafood to sauce and mix well.
  • 6
    Allow to marinate for several hours (or overnight).
  • 7
    Stir in reserved lemon juice to taste.
  • 8
    Spoon into serving dish and serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
