Ingredients

white fish
8 oz
scallops
1 c
lemon juice
1 c
tomato juice
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp
tabasco sauce
1/2 c
chopped red onion
2 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1/2 tsp
oregano
1/2 c
diced tomato
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper

How to Make Ceviche

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut seafood into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2Mix seafood with lemon juice and marinate for several hours.
  • 3Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • 4Drain seafood reserving lemon juice.
  • 5Add seafood to sauce and mix well.
  • 6Allow to marinate for several hours (or overnight).
  • 7Stir in reserved lemon juice to taste.
  • 8Spoon into serving dish and serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
