Ingredients
- 8 ounces white fish
- 8 ounces scallops
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make ceviche

Step 1Cut seafood into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2Mix seafood with lemon juice and marinate for several hours.

Step 3Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

Step 4Drain seafood reserving lemon juice.

Step 5Add seafood to sauce and mix well.

Step 6Allow to marinate for several hours (or overnight).

Step 7Stir in reserved lemon juice to taste.

Step 8Spoon into serving dish and serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
