  • 8 oz
    white fish
  • 8 oz
  • 1 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    tomato juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 c
    chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    diced tomato
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp

How to Make Ceviche


  1. Cut seafood into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix seafood with lemon juice and marinate for several hours.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Drain seafood reserving lemon juice.
  5. Add seafood to sauce and mix well.
  6. Allow to marinate for several hours (or overnight).
  7. Stir in reserved lemon juice to taste.
  8. Spoon into serving dish and serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
