For those who want chicken wings w/out all the fat, but w/ all the taste.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken wings, tips discarded
  • 1-1/2 cup bottled chili sauce
  • 4 tablespoons hot buffalo sauce
  • 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

How To Make low-cal buffalo chicken wings

  • Step 1
    Heat broiler. Place chicken on a lightly sprayed, ( w/ cooking spray,) broiler rack. Broil 5" from heat for 10 mins.
  • Step 2
    Transfer chicken to a 4-quart slow-cooker. In small bowl, combine chili sauce and hot sauce. Pour over chicken. Cover, cook on high for 2-12/ hrs, or on low for 4 hrs.
  • Step 3
    In bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, blue cheese, garlic and vinegar until smooth. Serve w/ wings.
