Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 3 lb
    chicken wings, tips discarded
  • 1-1/2 c
    bottled chili sauce
  • 4 Tbsp
    hot buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz
    reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    crumbled blue cheese

How to Make Low-cal buffalo chicken wings


  1. Heat broiler. Place chicken on a lightly sprayed, ( w/ cooking spray,) broiler rack. Broil 5" from heat for 10 mins.
  2. Transfer chicken to a 4-quart slow-cooker. In small bowl, combine chili sauce and hot sauce. Pour over chicken. Cover, cook on high for 2-12/ hrs, or on low for 4 hrs.
  3. In bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, blue cheese, garlic and vinegar until smooth. Serve w/ wings.
