3 lb
chicken wings, tips discarded
1-1/2 c
bottled chili sauce
4 Tbsp
hot buffalo sauce
8 oz
reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
light mayonnaise
1 tsp
minced garlic
1 Tbsp
white vinegar
1/2 c
crumbled blue cheese

How to Make Low-cal buffalo chicken wings


  • 1Heat broiler. Place chicken on a lightly sprayed, ( w/ cooking spray,) broiler rack. Broil 5" from heat for 10 mins.
  • 2Transfer chicken to a 4-quart slow-cooker. In small bowl, combine chili sauce and hot sauce. Pour over chicken. Cover, cook on high for 2-12/ hrs, or on low for 4 hrs.
  • 3In bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, blue cheese, garlic and vinegar until smooth. Serve w/ wings.
