  • 2 c
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 4 Tbsp
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 c
  • 2 large
    eggs, beaten
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast, or beef
  • 12 oz
    thick-cut bacon, cooked, crumbled

How to Make Bacon-double cheeseburger puffs


  1. Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray 2 mini muffin tins w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
  2. Add butter, eggs and milk. Whisk until combined. Add cheese, ground turkey and bacon. Stir until combined.
  3. Place 1 heaping tbsp of mix into each muffin cup. Bake until golden brown, about 20 mins.
