Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ground turkey breast, or beef
- 12 ounces thick-cut bacon, cooked, crumbled
How To Make bacon-double cheeseburger puffs

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray 2 mini muffin tins w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

Step 2Add butter, eggs and milk. Whisk until combined. Add cheese, ground turkey and bacon. Stir until combined.

Step 3Place 1 heaping tbsp of mix into each muffin cup. Bake until golden brown, about 20 mins.
