How to Make Stuffed Mushrooms
- 1Clean mushrooms and dry. Cut off stems.
- 2Cook stems in melted butter till brown.
- 3Brown sausage until done and drain.
- 4Place crackers into food processor and crush fine. Add cooked sausage and stems. Process until smooth.
- 5Place caps on cookie sheet. Add sausage mixture.
- 6Cut mozarella into strips to fit mushroom tops. Criss cross them. Bake in 350 degrees, for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked.
