How to Make Stuffed Mushrooms
- Clean mushrooms and dry. Cut off stems.
- Cook stems in melted butter till brown.
- Brown sausage until done and drain.
- Place crackers into food processor and crush fine. Add cooked sausage and stems. Process until smooth.
- Place caps on cookie sheet. Add sausage mixture.
- Cut mozarella into strips to fit mushroom tops. Criss cross them. Bake in 350 degrees, for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked.
