mango jalapeno guacamole
This is my "go-to" recipe for when we get the craving for guacamole and tortilla chips. My youngest son always says his mom's guacamole is the best, so you can bet I make it for him... but, other family members agree. This is a great guacamole recipe. I am sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Joyce's mango twist on guacamole is delicious. Little bits of sweet bits of mango combined with the avocado are refreshing. The jalapeno does not make this spicy. If you like your guacamole on the spicier side, definitely add more. This guac has a creamy texture that pairs well with salty, crunchy tortilla chips.
