Mango Jalapeno Guacamole

This is my "go to" recipe for when we get the craving for guacamole and tortilla chips. My youngest son always says his Mom's guacamole is the best, so you can bet I make it for him....but, other family members agree. This is a great recipe. I am sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.

  • 2 large
    ripe avocados
  • 1 small
    fresh mango
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onion - yellow or red depending on your preference.
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced jalapeno
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    lime juice

How to Make Mango Jalapeno Guacamole


  1. Peel avocados and place in bowl. Mash with fork. Add salt and pepper to taste...your preference as to how much.
  2. Peel mango and cut into slices. Place on cutting board and chop into small pieces. Add to avocado in bowl.
  3. Add minced onion, lime juice and jalapeno to mixture in bowl.
  4. Using fork blend well. Remove mixture from bowl and place in a nice serving dish. Sprinkle with minced cilantro.
  5. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
