Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    shaved ham
  • 1 pt
    homemade (or good) dill pickle spires
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese ( softened)
  • ·
    you can add herbs or spices to these if you perfer

How to Make Ham and Dill pickle roll-ups

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix what ever spices you like with cream cheese, I actually just prefer the cream cheese and pickle.
  2. Using one slice of ham spread cream cheese on meat, I slice the dill spire in half; lay it on the meat and roll-up.Repeat with the remaining ham and pickles.
  3. Cut the roll-up into 3 equal parts secure together with tooth pick. Serve
