Ingredients
- 4 - avocados, halved and pitted
- 1/8 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 - yellow onion, 1/2" slices
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 - jalapeno, halved and seeded
- 1 - lemon, halved
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea slat
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
How To Make grilled guacamole

Step 1Brush avocados with 1 tablespoon oil.

Step 2Grill, meat side down, on grill for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3Drizzle with remaining olive oil and gently toss.

Step 4Grill vegetables and lemon until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.

Step 5Remove flesh from avocados with spoon.

Step 6In a bowl, mash the avocado meat with fork, leaving it relatively chunky.

Step 7Add juice from the grilled lemon and season with salt and pepper.

Step 8Meanwhile, roughly chop the rest of the grilled vegetables and fold into the avocado mixture.

Step 9Add more salt to taste, if needed. Finish with cilantro.
