Ingredients

2 can(s)garbanzo beans,drained

6-8 cloveroasted garlic(see my quick recipe for this,can be done the day before!)

1 mediumlemon juice, fresh

1 tsplemon zest, grated

1/2 tspsalt and pepper
-
1 colive oil, extra virgin
-
1 pinchpaprika, sweet mild or cayenne pepper

1 Tbspchives,fresh,chopped
How to Make Creamy Hummus
- Use your food processor for this. Drain the garbanzo beans well,add to the machine with the garlic,lemon juice and zest,salt,pepper. Pulse until all is mixed then turn on regularly and slowly add in the olive oil until the hummus is nice and smooth. You may want to scrape down the sides of the bowl to get all of it.
