Ingredients
- 12 packages frozen shelled edamame
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup reserved edamame water
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How To Make cilantro edamame hummus

Step 1Cook frozen edamame in pot of salted boiling water until tender. Drain reserving 1/2 cup water.

Step 2Place in food processor with remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
