    ½ small red onion
  • ·
    2 cloves garlic
  • ·
    ½ jalapeño with seeds
  • ·
    3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ·
    3 tablespoons vinegar
  • ·
    ½ tsp. cumin
  • ·
    ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ·
    1 tsp. salt
  • ·
    1 tablespoon sugar

How to Make Chickpea Dip


  1. Combine all of these ingredients in a food processor and give a few good chops.

    Serve with your favorite chips or veggies.
