ceasar tofu dip
I found this by accident,I was looking for something different, to serve company. As I was searching I found two recipes so I combined them and it turned out. I was hoping it would be a hit with family and friends coming by. It was a HIT!!!

Ingredients
- - 1 cup (8 oz.) tofu 2 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp. plain yogurt or sour cream 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. dijon mustard 1 dash hot sauce 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 clove garlic - minced 1 tsp. oil
How To Make ceasar tofu dip

Step 1In a food processor or blender combine all but the last 3 ingredients tofu, mayo and sour cream or yogurt. Blend until smooth then add the remaining ingredients lemon juice, mustard, hot sauce, cheese, garlic and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate
