    broccoli, fresh
  • 1 large
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • dash

How to Make Broiled Broccoli


  1. wash & slice broccoli stalks in strips
  2. place on pan then drizzle with olive oil
  3. microwave garlic until papery skin burst then peel away and remove
  4. Press garlic through press sprinkle atop broccoli
  5. sprinkle with paprika
  6. Broil for 10 minutes then remove and stir them up on the pan making sure that all are coated well then return to broiler
  7. Remove from broiler, then set pan in oven for an additional 5 minutes if extra crispness is desired set in hot oven, serve immediately
