I have been using this recipe since 1970's. I love it because It's an easy recipe and will makes a nice meal by adding a salad. It is usually requested when my children come to visit.

Ingredients
- 1 - round steak cubed
- 1 can campbell's beef broth
- 1 can mushrooms, canned bits $ pieces
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup uncooked rice( not instant)
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
How To Make round steak casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut steak into cubes. Put oil in skillet to heat. Flour the cubed steak and brown in oil.

Step 2While the steak is browning, place 1whole stick butter in a 11x13 baking pan and place in oven until melted.

Step 3When butter is melted remove from oven and add the steak,beef broth, mushrooms,chopped onion, and rice. Stir to mix together.

Step 4Seal with foil tightly and place back in oven. Bake 1hour NO PEEKING!
