Ingredients

1round steak cubed
-
1 can(s)campbell's beef broth
-
1 can(s)mushrooms, canned bits $ pieces
-
1 mediumonion chopped
-
2 stickbutter
-
1 cuncooked rice( not instant)
-
2 cflour
-
2 tspsalt
How to Make ROUND STEAK CASSEROLE
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut steak into cubes. Put oil in skillet to heat. Flour the cubed steak and brown in oil.
- While the steak is browning, place 1whole stick butter in a 11x13 baking pan and place in oven until melted.
- When butter is melted remove from oven and add the steak,beef broth, mushrooms,chopped onion, and rice. Stir to mix together.
- Seal with foil tightly and place back in oven. Bake 1hour
