marilyn's meatballs
This is a tradition on my sister in laws side and they were kind enough to share the recipe. Now when we can't be together for a holiday, I make them in her honor. We always double the recipe. After broiling we place in a crock pot on warm.

How To Make marilyn's meatballs
-
Step 1Mix meatball ingredients together and roll into balls. Broil in oven 10 minutes or until cooked. If you plan to place in crock pot for sometime, consider leaving a little pink inside.
-
Step 2Mix together sauce ingredients. Place in saucepan on medium-low heat until sugar is melted and sauce is smooth.
-
Step 3Pour over meatballs. Serve over rice if this is your main meat or with toothpicks for an appetizer.
